The included passage contains a selection about pistachios and a no-cook recipe to create pistachio pudding. Students can read the passage, create the recipe, and answer the comprehension questions. This product is useful for test prep and in engaging reluctant readers. It has been successfully completed by students in grades 2 through 5. I have been a special education teacher since 1998. I currently teach a self-contained cross categorical class of 3rd through 5th graders. I have also taught k-6 resource classes and self-contained classes in the past. I currently teach in North Carolina, but I taught for 4 years in Texas.
