I find putting information to a tune helps the children remember that information easily.
I put the idea of protecting the earth into a familiar tune (Take Me Out to the Ballgame) and it has really helped my students remember the meaning of the 3 key words: reduce, reuse, and recycle.
I thought perhaps your kiddos will enjoy the song as well.
