This activity is one of my favorites! In this assignment students will read an art comparison printable that describes characteristics and types of Classical, Medieval, and Renaissance artwork. Then the students or teacher can choose from 2 different options for students to further process what they have learned. They can either do a worksheet that has them analyze different artworks OR do a webquest that allows them to find examples works of art on the internet.
This is a great way for students to process the importance and purpose of art through the ages.
