This is an individual behavior lesson on respect for upper elementary students. Instead of the teacher repeatedly having to remind a student to behave respectfully, this lesson transfer the action to the student. The student is required to complete this assignment, which reminds them of the appropriate and expected behavior. Parents are then asked to sign the assignment. I usually take any of the behavior lessons, whole punch then and file them in my accountability log (great documentation for conferences and parent meetings). This also allows me to see which areas to focus on when creating an individualized behavior contract.
