This twenty-five slide PowerPoint presentation introduces the step of the writing process known as revising. It teaches students several specific methods of revising their writing. Examples and practice are provided for the following methods of revising: adding content, deleting content, changing the order, changing the point of view or the tense, adding or replacing specific words, and adding dialog. Also see my PowerPoint presentations on prewriting and proofreading.

Excellent power point. This clearly demonstrates the difference between revising and editing. There are examples of each revising strategy and opportunities for the students to practice are embedded. Appealing examples and graphics. Great job!

I'm not sure what to tell you, since the PowerPoint still seems to open fine for me, but I'm checking with TPT's support team. I'm sure they will figure it out.
I have been teaching for about twenty-five years. For most of that time I taught English and a variety of other subjects in inclusion and self-contained classrooms. I have also taught in alternative school settings.
