This organizer goes through the rights of the accused in the order in which they would come up in a search/arrest situation. I use it throughout my Rights of the Accused Unit for students to go back to. It gives them a quick and easy study guide at the end of the unit. It asks for the corresponding Amendment and Supreme Court cases. Answers included!
