This is part one of a 2 part graphics package that contains the lithographs of Gustave Dore illustrating the classic Coleridge poem: Rime of the Ancient Mariner. This file is in PDF format, which includes a quote from the poem.
These images make the poem come alive, increase comprehension of the poem, and give the students greater immersion in the classic poem.
Prints can be found online. Only additional element is the caption from Coleridge at bottom of print.

I realize that these prints are online, although not always of high quality. This resource includes the caption at the bottom and makes the resource truly usable. For a decent it price it brings it all together in one place. I have sold this resource internationally to people that have limited computer access, and no multimedia projectors. Some teachers have made transparencies or simply prints, and have been very grateful for having the PDF format.

I have had the good fortune to teach every grade except Kindergarten and grade 11. Currently I am an intermediate teacher teaching core Grade 4 subjects and exciting stuff in Grades 5-7, including multimedia, hands-on science, and special projects. I have also taught ESL internationally and developed products for Successful ESL which have been used in classrooms around the world.
