This product is a great introduction to a telling time, as it only deals with time to the hour and half hour.
It comes with 24 task cards that can be used to play Scoot (instructions included) or used in a center.
I've included two copies of the task cards: one copy with multiple choice answers, and one without.
Answer key and student recording sheet provided.
Common Core Standards:
1.MD.3. Tell and write time in hours and half-hours using analog and digital clocks.
{2nd grade standards address telling time to the nearest 5 minutes. This activity could be useful for a struggling 2nd grader or as a review of 1st grade skills at the beginning of the time unit.}

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I taught preschool (ages 3-5) for 4 years. I'm going into my 2nd year of teaching in the public school systems. Last year, I taught 2nd grade in a high poverty area. Next year, I will be looping with my students to 3rd grade. I love my job and feel fortunate to be able to enjoy my work.
