This K-2 book (see posting for 3-5 book with different handwriting lines) can be used in two ways:
1. Begin booklet in September. Bind books
and give out the last day of each month for
the kids to fill in their favorite memories when the fun is fresh in their minds. The back pages can be done the last few weeks of school. Easy peasy! Pick only the back pages that best fit your needs. NOTE: The monthly pages are the same: space for your students to WRITE about favorite activities. Not fill-in-the-blank type of book. (See Preview!)
2. Take a walk down memory lane! During the last few weeks of school, have students complete one page a day after you brainstorm memories and generate a list on chart paper. Do this for each month. Lots of fun!!!
I have two covers to choose from and I've included separate ones for Kindergarten, First, and Second Grades. Two poems are included as well.
A great writing activity and a super book your students and families will treasure for years to come.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I am currently teaching first grade and LOVE it! This is my 10th year with first graders. I've also taught second grade for two years and was a media specialist for nine years. I am a children's author and have published with Scholastic, ABDO/Magic Wagon, Enslow, Carson-Dellosa and Instructor.
