I do not know why you cannot open this file.Please make sure that you have PowerPoint installed on your computer, and have installed the font that I sent you. Are you running MAC or PC? If that still doesn't work, please contact Paul at TPT to see about a refund. No one else has had trouble with this file, and I have used it in my classroom, so I know that it is a working file.
