Set 4 of the Day Files: Days 67-88.
Each file in this set has 3 pages, for a total of 66 pages, plus directions for use. Day Files are intended to be used in conjunction with the Core Calendar file, which is available in my TPT Store bundled with Set 1 of the Day Files. Unlike the Core Calendar file, which gets saved every day, (because you add to the content from the day before), each Day File gets used once and is NOT SAVED. That way, it resets for your class next year! Set 4 features a Winter Fun Theme, and of course, lots of math!
Math Skills Addressed in Day Files Set 4-Days 67-88:
• Adding and subtracting fractions
• finding fractions of a group
• fractions on a number line
• ordering/comparing fractions
• converting fractions to percent
• converting percents to decimals
• rounding to the nearest ten or hundred
• perimeter/area
• 3-D shapes and nets
• congruent shapes
• triangles: equilateral, right, isosceles, scalene
• geometry vocabulary
• place value to million’s place
• expanded notation
• algebraic reasoning
• data: mean, median, mode, range, outlier
• probability
• telling time to the minute

Thanks for your kind words! Yes, I will have Sets 7 and 8 up in plenty of time, for a total of 180 days. I had good intentions of getting them done and posted over Christmas vacation, but I ran out of time! I will probably finish them over February vacation.

Very creative! I didn't know SMART boards could do all of that! Now I want to learn more about using the program! Where did yo learn all of that? Are there tutorials out there on it? TEACH ME!!

Thank-you for your purchase. I got my SMARTBoard in April of 2011. I learned most of what I know about the software through googling questions I had, watching online tutorials, and a lot of practice and experimentation. The smarttech website also has some good resources. Good luck!

Hi,
I just wanted to let you know some 'oops' I noticed when working with it. On Day 85, you ask for perimeter and you gave the answer for area. On Day 88, the clock reads 1:25, and the answer is 9:06. My kids love these...Thanks so much for creating them!

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
Subject Area:
This will be my 15th year teaching, but I began 33 years ago. I left the profession for 18 years to raise my children and did a variety of part-time jobs. This is my 7th year back, and I'm still on the learning curve! I currently teach 4th grade, which I think is the perfect grade for me. I love to integrate technology into my classroom with my SMARTBoard, and this year, I will be exploring best uses for iPads, as I received a grant to have 6 in my classroom. I'm hoping that curiosity keeps my brain cells young!
