This was a great experiment that I did with my sixth grade class which could be modified to meet anyone's needs! Hands-on, cooperative groups, and FOOD always make a great, interactive lesson. The teacher is the facilitator, with the kids doing all of the work! This is one that the kids remember from year to year!!! Thanks! Patti Messier
