I am not able to print this document once I have downloaded it. Whole words are blocked out and many are simply missing. I love the idea and an excited to use it.

Hello!
We are sorry to hear you are having some trouble, we know you are excited to use your file! Are you using a Mac by any chance? If so, these newer PDFs can't be seen properly with Preview. To fix this, you need to download the latest version of Adobe Reader (Adobe Reader X) and use that to open it (a Mac will automatically open it with Preview if you don't say otherwise). So, in your Finder Window, highlight the file and then click on the tool in the top of the Finder Window that looks like a sprocket then choose Open With and then Other and then select Adobe Reader.
Let me know if you still have a problem with the file, or if you do not have a Mac and are seeing a different message.
