I've updated my schedule cards for the new school year! I've listened to your requests and suggestions, so I hope you're able to use these in your classroom! These schedule cards provide a great visual for keeping track of the day! Enjoy!
Wow! I cannot believe how many options there are! I will share these with my general studies teachers. I work in Jewish day schools and some Hebrew language, prayer, beit midrash (a Jewish chapel), and Jewish religion cards would be useful too!

These are just perfect! I have been looking for schedule cards for a while and all of the ones I've found so far were just a bit off. Yours are bright, clear and very specific. They fit my needs so well. I love the use of black in them because it really helps them stand out.

I'm sad that you didn't make a "literacy" card, I'm not overlooking them am I? I see literacy block and rotation and all of that, but not just literacy. :(
I know you said you are not making any new cards . . . I looked at the last page in order to get directions on how to create my own that matches but the last page is blank. Is there any chance you could email me the directions? Thanks so much!

Hi Cara! As a brand new teacher, I LOVE these schedule cards! I'm not sure if you take requests, but I'd love a heading, such as "Today's Schedule" or "Today's Agenda" or something to that effect. Also, the following components would be helpful to tailor it to my school's requirements! Plan-do-review is like free centers. If you could make these components, I would SO appreciate it!!! Thanks again for the great schedule cards.
Plan-Do-Review
Wash Hands/Water
Music & Movement
Reading Lab
News Show
Math Lab
So sorry, but I won't be adding any additional cards at this time. Feel free to create your own! I've included all the information on how to do that on the last page of this free resource! Blessings!

Hi Cara,
I am new to tpt as far as wanting to post some of my ideas. I love your work! I noticed on your cover sheet that you "Featured Scrappindoodles" and Jessica Weble Designs. Here is my ? I went to scrappindoodles and was going to purchase the one for tpt...but if said for "freebies only". How can I use their clip art like you do for resale?
Thanks, Beneen
Cara,
I love your schedule cards! Have you ever thought of making matching calendar cards? Cards to go with Assembly, Field Trip, Guest Speaker?
Thanks so much,

I am just starting my teaching career. I am interested in making some of my own items for my class. I am wondering about the graphics you use to make these items. Are they a software or something from a book. Is there a program to help learn how to make items/lessons/activities that I can make more specific to my State standards or district requirements. I have purchased some of your items and I love them-but being new to teaching with little income I need to be able to make some of my own things. Any help you can offer is very appreciated. Mary
The graphics I use are mostly from Scrappin' Doodles, KPM Doodles, and Melonheadz Illustrating. My clipart is all purchased and I use commercial friendly fonts found on kevinandamanda.com and/or dafont.com. I use Power Point to create all of my files. I hope this helps! Blessings to you!
I am a kindergarten bilingual teacher and love your schedule cards. I was wondering if you would be able to make them in Spanish (I can provide you the words) or if you can send me an editable version of your schedule cards that I could translate and use myself!
Hey Alyssa! I'd REALLY love to help you out with this, but I don't even have an editable version of my schedule cards available. My external hard drive took a nose dive last night and is no longer working :( It's being sent off to have all of my files restored/retrieved. I'm just sick about it!!! I won't be able to send you an editable file anyway because of copyright with the graphics/font. However, I *might* be able to do this for you when I get my files restored...I just have NO clue how long that's going to take!!!!
Blessings to you!
Cara :)

Hi Cara,
I LOVE your schedule cards, and use them every day. Thank you for putting these on teachers pay teachers! I know I should be thankful for what I have gotten, and you have provided a HUGE variety of schedule cards, but is there any way you'd be willing to create a few custom schedule cards for my first Kindergarten classroom? I would of course be willing to pay for these! I just couldn't stand the thought of making some and not having them match yours!
Hi Laura! You are so sweet! Honestly, I'd REALLY love to help you out, but I'm not creating any additional cards at this time!! Thank you so much for understanding!!! Blessings to you!!!

Hi,
I really like them. I like the graphics especially. I wanted to know if you could send me the file or can I send you the translations for Spanish. I teach kindergarten in a DUAL classroom and I need the cards in Spanish. Thank you
I'm so sorry. Because the graphics/fonts/etc. are protected due to copyright, I will not be able to share them in an editable format. I apologize for the inconvenience. Blessings to you!

Many thanks for these cards--They are awesome! Do I have to print the entire set of cards or can I print only the ones I want?
You can print the page containing the cards you want, but not the individual card itself. Does that make sense?? I guess you could probably minimize the screenshot so that you are only able to see the card you want and then from there, click print. In the "print options" section, just click "print current view". That will bring up a preview box that shows you what you're printing. If the preview shows only that card, then you should be good to go. Otherwise, just click on "current page" {in print options} and print the individual page that contains the card you need! Hope this helps! Blessings!

Just wondering, so you had to buy the clipart and then you can use it to create these masterpieces?
Curious to know how you got started with TPT and creating your own stuff for sale...Thanks, :)
Yes! Exactly :) I purchase the clipart from a wide range of graphic designers and then use those images to create my products :) Hope this helps! Blessings to you!

I love your cards, but my problem is that I teach in a Spanish Immersion school. Everything in the classroom needs to be in Spanish. I would love to translate some of these to use in my class. You have done such a nice job and it would be a lot of work to start from scratch. Is there a way that you could share your work by allowing me to edit the PDF? Thanks
The border is just a shape {no fill} inserted into a power point file. Just change the color and adjust the thickness. Hope this helps! Blessings to you!
These are so awesome Cara! Thank you! I am new to TpT, is there a way for us to edit the PDF or for you to send out an editable one? I am SO not DIY and love the way you set these up... but I teach in French so I need to translate all the words :) Let me know if I need to start from scratch or if there is a way I can work with your awesome work! Merci!

Thanks for these!! Can you tell me what size font of "smiley monster" you use? I'd like to create a few custom cards for my classroom.
You're welcome! Depending on the number of letters/words on the cards, some of them have a font size of 60 and some have a font size of 48. Hope this helps! Blessings!

Hi Cara! Would it be possible for you to change or add cards on the wording on the reading and math cards from reading centers/math centers to reading work stations and math work stations? I am trying to follow Debbie Diller's recommendations and some of those are to use the word work rather than centers. Thanks!

This is probably a silly question, but do you tape these around your classroom, attach them to things, etc? I am just wondering what is the best way to utilize them in my classroom. Like Fun Friday, Visitor, Arrival, Snack, etc...where would you put them exactly. Trying to visualize how these would look. Kind of new at this, so thanks for my probably silly question ;)
I have a narrow blue pocket chart that holds all my schedule cards...they fit just perfect! I place the pocket chart in an area of the classroom that's visible so that the kids have easy access to the visuals. I change out the cards on days when our schedule is different. Does that make sense?!?!? Let me know if I need to clarify! Blessings to you!

LOVE, love the schedule cards. Can you share the font that you used? I use a different wording for free choice-- we call it activity time and wanted to change the wording (a little cut and paste) but still have all of the cards match. Thanks so much. -Amy
I use Power Point. I know other teachers who use Word and Publisher. I'm sure there are more options out there, too! Just depends on what works best for you!!
I've been teaching for 10 years. I spent 7 years teaching Kindergarten and then moved up to 2nd grade and loved it! I didn't know what I was missing. A year later I moved to 1st grade and I'll never look back. It's the best!
