Hi there, I recently downloaded your product, but on a lot of the pages where the kiddos are supposed to fill in the blank its just blurred lines and you can't see any of the writing. Is there anyway you can email me the original from your computer, I'm not sure why this is happening.

i really love your memory book. When I downloaded it, and went to print it out, the lines did not show up like they should. Instead, they were thick black lines....and not going completely acrossed. I'm new to this. I have a Mac Book, I'm also new to a Mac.(Not sure if that makes any difference to my problem) Any advice on what I am doing wrong? Thanks!!
