Whole group class FUN and sheets included for center time or individual word work practice. This game is based from the iPhone sensation - Scramble with Friends. It is like a mix of Scrabble and Boggle.
I did not include the DL, TL, DW, or TW on any of the letters, but I did include point values for each letter.
DIRECTIONS (How to set up board): Print each page. The SCRAMBLE letters are to be used as the header or title for your game board. The alphabet letters and the title letters should be laminated for durability. Find a nice spot in your classroom that is big enough to have the board. Dependent upon how many letters your students can handle, put that many up. For example if you want to do a 4x4 - make sure you have a space large enough for a 4x4. I added velcro to the back of my letters and a piece where each letter would go. Arrange the letters so that your students are able to make words.
(HOW TO PLAY): The game board is a jumbled 4x4 (or smaller is you want) grid of letters. Words are formed by connecting adjacent letters and as many as possible within a two minute time frame. Words may be formed vertically, horizontally, and diagonally. Before finding any words, your students needs to copy each letter from your classroom game board onto their game board sheet. They can write down each word on the blank or on the back (I may add another sheet to have a double sided sheet later). Then, add up the word. For example - the word FOX would be F=4, O=1, X=8. This word would have a point value of 13. I have added more than one of each vowel in case you want to add more to different places on your class game board.
You do not have to time your students, however. It would be fun to time them after you have went through it whole group a few times and time them in a grouped manner. During a center, they can just see how many words that they can find with a partner or individually.
i hope that was a thorough explanation for anyone that hasn't played the game. ENJOY! Please do not forget to rate it!

Your product is beautiful (Scramble) but I didn't see any rules,so I don't know how to play. (I'm old no i phone) You might also add sheets with 20-24 letters per sheet so it can go into a center.
I really apperciate the effort you put into this.
