Patty O’Furniture is suing Jim Klass for failure to have a good time on a date. Jim defends showing her his coin collection and brings back historical Greeks and Romans to testify about their civilizations contribution to America. Can be used as reader’s theater to promote fluency while giving authentic reasons to reread and analyze characters. Great performance piece for older groups to perform for younger grades. Provide a review before high stakes testing that no one will forget. Run time approximately 45 mnutes.
