This is a Word document with 30 student desks, 2 teacher desks, and a cart in the arrangement of my classroom. The "furniture" was originally made in Paint and copied into Word, so it can all be copied, pasted, deleted, and moved around on the page to fit the design of any classroom. Copy and paste a template of your classroom arrangement for the number of classes you have, then type each student's name in pre-created text boxes for each class period. You can move the student's text boxes around as you change seats throughout the year. You can re-arrange seats on your seating chart without having to re-set how you have all your desks arranged! Each student desk has 10 small boxes under it so the teacher can take attendance each day on the seating chart. You can just look around the room to make sure everyone is in their proper seat and also mark who is absent.

I am currently a 5th year Spanish 2 & 3 teacher at a high school in the Bronx. I taught Spanish 1 for my first 4 years at a middle school in Baltimore. I lived in Spain for a semester in 2005 and I absolutely loved it! Teaching is a passion of mine and I am very enthusiastic. I enjoy watching students learn and grow and I love Spanish culture and the language (and even the grammar!). It is not possible to not be able to learn another language!
