Often students don't understand why they aren't doing well in class or what they can be doing to get a better grade. Pass these self-evaluation surveys out to students to help them understand what they can be doing better in class to improve their grades and their study habits. Have them evaluate themselves at the beginning of the quarter, in the middle of the quarter, and at the end of the quarter. A great tool for self-motivation.

Thanks for the feedback. I found it helpful to show the parents, too, when they ask why their child isn't doing well and wonder what more they can do. If you're not using it with the whole class, you just give it to the kids who are struggling or to their parents.

Welcome to TpT. Looks like you're off to a great start. Thanks for rating my product and becoming a follower. I just rated your free product for you and pinned your site. If you could pin something of mine, I'd appreciate it. A few grammar suggestions for your freebie. If your aim is to sell to the US, change the spelling on the following words: practice, favorite, and color. You have used the British spelling (which is correct but may not appeal to as many sellers). Also, on the last page, your sentence which starts with "I wish" should say something like, "Hope you can use it in your English classes" to be more grammatically correct. Love your enthusiasm and best of luck with your new store. If you ever want to do an exchange and proofread some of my work, I'd be happy to proofread some of yours.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I taught high school French and/or Spanish for nine years and am certified in both languages in Massachusetts and New York. I'm currently home with my kids and am raising them bilingually. In my free time, I tutor/teach adult classes at a language center and teach pre-schoolers in my home.
