This is a collection of 4 leveled number sense calendars for the month of September. The calendars for this month focus on place value and include a number sense activity for every day of the month. Calendars are leveled and should be appropriate for students in the 2nd through 5 grades. Calendars are ideal for classroom use or to be sent home for the refridgerator. Activities encourage exploration and critical thinking skills while developing the concept of the base 10 system.
I LOVE this idea!! I would love to have this calendar for other months as well!

I have been a 4th grade classroom teacher for many years in a large urban school district. I am currently working as a mathematics coach in an urban elementary school. In my role as math coach I am able to help teachers be the best math teachers that they can while also helping our k-5 students gain a deeper understanding of the world of mathematics.
