Teaching Romeo and Juliet, Julius Caesar, Macbeth, Hamlet or A Midsummer Night's Dream? Show students what Shakespeare's Globe Theater looks like. This slideshow contains nine photographs I took when I visited the reconstructed Globe Theatre in 2005. These original photographs can be used to show students how the stage appeared (balcony and all), the open roof, etc. The PowerPoint does not contain textual explanations, just photographs, so it is adaptable to your needs.
