This a template where students will fill in sight words of different lengths. I have used it with stamps as well as with pencils and markers. When they are reading the room, they take this sheet and fill in words based on how many blocks there are. For example, in a word with 3 blocks, they could write "C-A-T" or any other word with three letters. They enjoy this especially when I tell them that they are going to be "word detectives" and search for the words using the "clues" (the blank boxes).
