GREAT VALUE...129 different Sight Word Searches!
Help your students recognize sight words in the Pre-Primer, Primer, and First Grade Dolch Lists with these fun Sight Word Searches. Each student workpage displays a given sight word in bold print at the top. Below the given word is a word search box displaying several words. The search box features a star in the lower right corner indicating how many times the given word is written in the word search. Students will circle the given sight word in the search box according to the quantity indicated.
Each set gradually increases in difficulty. The Pre-Primer set shows 12 words per search in a big, clear font with a variety of letters. The Primer set still only contains 12 words, but more discernment is required because all of the words look similar to each other. The Primer set shows nineteen words in each search box. The text is smaller and the words all look very similar.
Instructions for Prep:
Searches are arranged two to a page. Copy pages onto 8.5x11” then cut each copied page in 1/2 to create student workpages.
