These were good ideas, but it wasn't quite up to my expectations as far as what type of product I like to deliver to my students. The pages weren't straight and some of the words were abbreviated.

This is a good jumping off point, but don't expect to be able to use it without making changes, which will require you to make a whole new document since this is in pdf form. The pages are crooked, lots of abbreviations are used, etc.
