Skills: Alphabetical Order, ABC order to the second letter

It is time to SLAM DUNK your way into ABC order. This activity will help students with alphabetizing four words in a row based on the second letter. The words used in this activity are very simple but could be tricky for those who do not know the letters of the alphabet in order. This activity follows the Primary RIT Range 200 under Reading Concepts of Print/Developmental Reading Skills. Finds the group of words in alphabetical order (second letter; four words given) This product includes: Storage label and 26 individual cards and a key. It is recommended that these cards are done with the teacher or in a small group for differentiated instruction. This could also be used as a quick morning card to get the day jump started. So lets get ready and SLAM DUNK!
