I think all kids love frogs, right? This is a great way to manage your classroom in the morning using Notebook software. Just have the kids come up to the smartboard and take attendance themselves. Drag the fly to the frog and attendance is done! Just make sure you don't save the file and you will be able to use it over and over again. A great classroom management tool. Sorry about that - I'm in the process of adding directions to all of my smartboard attendance files - some already have them. To change the names, do the following:
1. Click on the fly.
2. Use the dropdown arrow and choose ungroup.
3. Double click the name of the student and switch it to your student.
4. Highlight the student name and the fly and choose group from the dropdown.
That should be it! If you have further questions, please feel free to ask!
