This is a 49 page unit for the novel Snow Treasure by Marie McSwigan. It includes activities, vocabulary sheets, crossword puzzles for the vocabulary, questions for each chapter, and a test. This is an excellent novel to teach WWII and the invasion of the Nazis. It also leads to reading, discussing, or watching the Diary of Anne Frank. My students really got involved with this book:)

Good unit overall, but lacking in a few areas. An answer key would be helpful. Additionally, it would have been nice if there were an easy way to print the unit. Converting to a simple PDF file would be nice.

Due to the limited literature units out there for this book, I appreciate the effort from Mrs. R. Frankly, this packet/unit is full of nothing but vocabulary units and crossword puzzles. One or two crosswords are sufficient for students. I wish there was a variety of activities that go along with the vocab sheets, but the questions are very limited and unfortunately I will still need to plan all the activities for this unit. These are great for homework assignments, but do not offer much for critical thinking nor author's purpose

Hi! Nice work! When I print out the sheets, the sled is imprinted on top of the words so that the line to answer the questions are partially blocked. Any suggestions?
