As a teacher, I always find myself singing songs! The students just respond so well to my directions when I add a tune to it! I've compiled a file of songs that I use in my classroom to help with classroom management, calendar time and learning in general.
In this file you will find 4 sections:
Section 1: Classroom Management

Fill a Bucket
Section 2: Calendar Time

Section 3: Learning with Songs

I Can Spell a Word on the Wall
Name on Your Paper
Colors– Signs and Visual Cards for the colors Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, and Purple, Pink, Brown, Black, White and Gray (or Grey if you'd like!)

You can put this file together in a binder or make it into a flip book. All of the directions and suggestions for use are included in the download.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS:
I am just wondering if this resource indicates what tune to sing these songs to? And what songs they are- I teach 5yr olds and although cutsie is fine, my class is predominantly boys and I find some things become to cutsie for them!
Hi Rebecca, thanks! I switch it up between Microsoft publisher and PowerPoint. I also have a nice collection of fonts I've found over the years that help cutesify! There's some great tutorials that some bloggers have posted on how to use those programs, if you google it you'll find some!
