This Holiday Math Learning Center is perfect for Valentine's Day. Your printable kit contains all you need to create a Math Learning Center folder. Your students will learn how to predict, sort, compare results, and graph using Valentine's Candy Hearts while they celebrate their Valentine Day Holiday fun.
Your packet contains the following items:
Teacher Directions
Math center folder cover
Student directions
Prediction sheet
Valentine's Day candy heart day sorting mats
Valentine's Day candy heart tally sheet
Graphing sheet
Please print one copy of these resources for each student group. I suggest forming groups of three students. Use these copies to prepare a Math Center Folder for each group. Glue the folder cover on the outside a folder with pockets. In the inside of the folder, on the left side, paste the Student Directions. Place the Prediction Sheet, Sorting Mats, Tally Sheet, and Graphing Sheet in the folder's right pocket.
Note: You will need to purchase one small individual box of Valentine's Candy Hearts for each group. If your box does not include blue hearts, do not use the last sorting mat or the 2nd page of the tally sheet. Distribute these with the Math Center Folders.
