Generally, a teacher would split the class into two teams. Have a member of each team look at a question then have the one that knows the answer signal the teach the he/she knows the answer. If that students get it correct her/his team gets a point. If the students is incorrect the other students gets to answer. If neither student answer correct then have a another student answer it, if she/he gets it right than his/her team gets a point, if she/he is incorrect than their team loses a point. This rule is in their to help keep the students focus on the game.
