This is a fun contest in which the students begin by doing research on famous bridges around the world. They use this knowledge to construct a pasta bridge using only pasta and hot glue. The bridges are then weighed and tested for strength to determine the bridges Efficiency ratio. E= Maximum supported weight/ Bridge weight.
