Spanish I students get reading and a creative project in this lesson on Mexican Murals with a Halloween twist. A simple, controlled reading on murals in Mexico is followed by true-false and some comprehension questions. The mural project then follows with a bilingual vocabulary list or word bank, project directions, and a grading rubric. Great for a substitute day or when students need to work independently.
