The vocabulary includes words such as tener fiebre, la gripe, el dolor de cabeza, sentirse bien, estar nervioso, tomar la medicina, el hospital, la sala de espera, and more! There are teacher flash cards with 2 vocabulary words per page that are illustrated in color. They are set up to be easily printed front/back and may be laminated for repeated use. There are also student flash cards in black and white, arranged 6 per page for front/back English to Spanish copying. In addition, this unit includes creative games to play with these flash cards.
Full page versions of all vocabulary words in Spanish are included with large, colorful clipart for the teacher to use to make an eye-catching bulletin board that will further reinforce this vocabulary topic for students.

We have taught High School Spanish levels 1, 2, 3, and 4AP, as well as Business and Conversational Spanish classes for adults. We have also taught college Grammar and Conversation courses. We have also directed Spanish Camp for elementary students for many years. We are published authors and Spanish text editors and evaluators. We are also both Nationally Board Certified Teachers (WLOE).
