This sudoku puzzle was specifically created with beginners in mind.
The words in the puzzle are simple phrases that one learns during the first few days of Spanish study:

Buenas noches
Buenas tardes

Encantado/a
Igualmente

Como estas?
Great for homework, in class activity, partner activity, review, vocabulary building, test preparation or extra credit!
