Spelling Activities that are open-ended and can be used for differentitating instruction. Eighteen different activities including Dictionary Dig, Something's Missing, Rainbow Spelling, Violet Vowels, Scrambled Spelling Words, and so on. These activities are written for fifteen spelling words but can be adapted for longer or shorter spelling lists. All activities are ready-to-use student pages. Just make copies and your spelling activity is ready!

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
Subject Area:
As an elementary teacher for 34 years, I have struggled with a lack of quality materials that provide the necessary practice for concept mastery. It has been my experience that many textbooks and commercially produced materials do not provide the depth of practice and repetition required for student mastery. I have been writing most of my own supplemental materials for years, striving to meet the needs of students who need more than one or two exposures to a concept in order to achieve mastery. My many years in the classroom have provided me opportunities to work with changing curriculum standards and increasing demands for student performance. I have worked with second and third graders throughout my career and have a very solid understanding of the learning process and the needs of young students.
