Some of my bestsellers are the spelling worksheets and fluency practice pages I have created to use with Scott Foresman Reading Street for 1st grade. I use these sheets for independent practice during Daily 5 time/Centers or as homework sometimes. Many of you have asked for templates so you could create your own worksheets and activities to go with your own reading series. I have finally put together a packet of these templates for you to customize to use in your classrooms.
Included in this download are five customizable templates that can be used with any reading series to practice spelling words or fluency. Directions are included that explain how to use them to create your own worksheet/activity. The fonts used in each template are also listed. All template files are in Word format and you need to have basic word processing skills. In addition, I have included 3 bonus PDFs that can also be used for spelling/writing/vocabulary practice. There is a total of 9 files included in this download plus the directions and terms of use.

I'm glad you enjoyed the other items you have purchased but am sorry you were disappointed with this one. The description states it is five templates for creating your own worksheets to use with a reading series or spelling list. I believe the description was pretty accurate of what is included. I'm sorry it's not what you were expecting.

Like the idea...but you have to download all the fonts to be able to use it. Format is also a little quirky and prints on two pages.....before any editing.

It says right on the product description page that you will need special fonts to make the worksheets. Nothing prints on two pages for me. Maybe it's a setting on your computer.

I've been teaching for seven years. I taught in a 2nd and 3rd grade multiage class for one year. I ran our school computer lab and taught technology lessons to all students in K-5 for two years. The 2012-2013 school year will be my fifth year teaching first grade, and love it!
