This sports themed unit includes games based on soccer, hockey, football, tennis, basketball, and baseball.
Included in this unit:
Field Goal Practice: Students will determine if a pair of words represent a synonym pair or antonym pair.
Home Run!: Students will sort nouns based on if it is a person, place, or thing.
Free Throw:: Students will sort nouns, verbs, and adjectives.
Puck Time: Students will sort a contraction to the two words that it creates.
Kick Off: Students will sort words based on how many syllables are in the word.
Break Point: Students will create pairs of homophones.

Writing Templates for each sport- 6 Total

Was printing off your Sports Literacy Unit today and since my printer is slower than molasses, I had time to look at the pages...on pg. 45 the top left word is ROOL. I think it should be ROLL since the match is ROLE.
And if you were up to making some of the last BW writing pages in non-primary ruled paper, that would be great for those of us in the upper grades!
I am SO excited to use this...the boys are going to love it!
