This is a simple activity I use for morning work, or "bell work" when my students arrive in my classroom. These are simple sentences using Spring related vocabulary as well as high-frequency words meant for review and practice. I have included two versions of this activity in the file. One has a blank handwriting line for more advanced writing practice. The other has traceable words for writers needing more assistance. I hope you find this resource helpful for your classroom! I am currently teaching 1st Grade, and love it! I have also previously taught Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and 2nd grade. I have been told by more than one colleague and administrators that I am very much a "primary" teacher, which I take to be a wonderful compliment to my teaching experience and preferences!
