This Writing Pack includes everything you need to help your students learn Spring Words, including Easter, Spring animals, bugs, and flowers, and write about them! 7 activities are included, which can be used in your literacy/writing centers for the whole month of April.
Writing Activities include:
1. Spring Words Book writing center-picture/word mats, lined paper, and cover
2. Spring Words ABC Order activity
3. Spring Words Match-Ups-Match the pictures to describing sentences
4. Write your own Spring and Easter Story writing paper
5. Spring "Making Words"-letters included for word building
6. Spring Words Describe Me!-Make a list of words to describe one of the Spring words and turn those describing words into complete sentences.
7. Spring Word Sort-Sort the words into the categories of animals, bugs, plants, or objects.
Your students will have a "spring" in their step using these Writing Mats, with cute graphics for all things Springy, while they increase their vocabulary and improve their writing skills!!

I have 16 years teaching experience-10 years in Kindergarten, 4 years in first grade, 2 years in a multi-age classroom, 1 year in 2nd, and 1 year in 4th grade.
