As one of my students put it "This was the best day of my life!" I recreated the events in the story, plus a few others like green food coloring in the toilet (the leprechaun forgot to flush!) and had a consolation prize since our leprechaun trap didn't work. The students were thrilled with the book to take home to tell the story to their families!
