This packet includes several activities to practice important early literacy skills while celebrating St. Patrick's Day in a preschool classroom!!
On the first two pages, students cut and paste rhyming pictures.
On the next two pages, students cut and paste letters to show the beginning sounds of words.
On the next pages, students practice color words, by coloring shamrocks and a rainbow after reading the color words.
Then, students trace uppercase and lowercase letters in rainbow colors.
Finally, students draw (and dictate, if you choose) in response to two prompts.
This packet will allow you to celebrate St. Patrick's Day, while helping your students grow into readers and writers!!
