This St. Patrick's workheet activity is just a fun way to incorporate the holiday into your day. It is a math activity where the kids are given a baggie of Lucky Charm cereal. They use the cereal to fill out the st patricks day worksheet. The worksheet has basic skills such as smallest to largest, even, odd, expanded form, adding, subtracting, etc. This is not a difficult sheet, but it is a fun way to include a sweet treat into math.
It could even be used as a morning work activity or would work perfectly as a math center. It also makes a great partner activity.
If you wanted to grade this sheet, it would make it easier on the teacher if she put the same number of marshmallow shapes in each baggie.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I used to do this with third graders, but it is hard to gage the level of kids in grades all over the country. :-). Thanks again, and I do hope they enjoyed it.
