Kindergarten and first grade students will strengthen their phonemic awareness and syllabication skills as they celebrate St. Patrick's Day . Students color and cut out pictures of Valentine's Day item (such as a shamrock and a leprechaun) and glue them into the correct column on the graph based on how many syllables the word has.
