This will make a terrific entry in your students' writing portfolios. Wow parents with students' portfolios including one or more of several holiday poems. There is a form to complete along with a holiday picture and a definition of each type of poem. There is also a cut off if you'd like to display the poems on a bulletin board or in your hallway. Collect them separately by the holiday name or purchase the entire collection entitled "Holiday Poetry Portfolio" and save. There are 7 in all. Please rate this item if you like it.

I have taught for 36 years at the 3rd, 5th, and 6th grade levels. Fifth grade is my first love. I teach all major subject areas. In addition to my regular classroom duties, I have taught in a Basic Skills summer school program for many years as well as taught workshops to co-workers in whole language and technology.
