I read your response last night and I apologize I have not responded to you sooner. It was pretty late when I read it and this morning has been pretty hectic...to say the least.

I am so sorry that this template was not helpful to you. I have not looked through this one in a while and I will definitely look to see what I can improve on it today. In the meantime, I would like to make it up to you by creating a custom template for you free of charge and/or offering you a $5.00 TPT gift card to purchase anything on TPT - I am an avid promoter of all educators alike. Pleas email me at 3amteacher@gmail.com, including a specific template that you can use at the high school level. I am assuming you would rather have more of a syllabus-type template as a fillable form. Just let me know and I will be more than happy to make sure you have something you can actually use (free of charge of course). I have taught several grades - the highest being 8th grade; however, never high school even though I am certified & highly qualified to do so. I am not quite sure how the gift card thing works, but I did notice it the other day and I want to make things right. Once I receive an email, I will send you my phone number or instant message (whichever you fell more comfortable with) and we can work together on making sure you are completely satisfied with a customized product or that you can purchase something more applicable from another TPT seller.

I really appreciate your feedback - it is most helpful when I know when changes need to be made to make the products better.
