This is a great classroom management tool. Rather than assign jobs and have to keep up with names, who did what,etc....why not have one "Star Student" of the day. In my classroom, each student is assigned a number. I post this chart on my magnetic board and use a cute magnet to move from number to number, day to day. When the magnet is on your number, you are the star student of the day and do all of the classroom jobs (table washer, line leader, paper passer, etc). I LOVE this managment tool and the kids do too!
