I purchased the States of Matter Puzzle Squares. But, I was unable to retrieve the documents in a pdf format. I extracted the forms and only received two pages: directions page and one page of puzzles. I hope you can resend the forms in pdf.

Hi there,
There are only two pages to the file. One is a page of directions, and one is the puzzle. Is that what you were able to open? Cut apart the squares before you give them to the kids and they are supposed to try to put that page back together again with each word matching up to its definition on each side. That sounds kind of confusing. Basically the kids just try to put it back to what it was before it was cut apart. My kids found it pretty challenging.
If you weren't able to open it, I'll be happy to send it to you in an email if you leave your email address for me.
I hope you're not disappointed in the product. If it's not what you were looking for, I'll be happy to send you something else to make up for it.

I've been teaching for 17 years. I started out as a 5th grade drop-out prevention teacher and I am currently teaching 2nd grade gifted students. In between, I also taught 3rd and 4th grade, was the Drop-out prevention resource specialist, and taught writing as a special.
