This is based on the first list (ante) in the set. The list of words is included in the answer key. Students will have to fill in the chart and then apply what they have learned to new words and match the definitions. I give students the list on Mondays and test on Fridays, and they study all week. It also counts as their spelling test.

Am interested in your products on Greek and Latin roots since I will be transitioning to middle school and that is one of the core standards. Would it be appropriate for 6th or 7th grade?
I could only find your individual lists...could you send me the link that includes a preview and the option to purchase the entire set of 30?

The basic lists work well with 6th or 7th, and the intermediate lists work well with 7th and 8th. I have a total of 20 years teaching experience. After I received my M.Ed. from the University of Florida, I began teaching in elementary school, where I taught pull-out remedial classes for grades 2-5 and a section of K-1. Then I taught Pre-K for 5 years, before I decided to go up to Middle School, where I have been in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade. I am currently teaching 7th grade. I am certified in Elementary Education as well as in Middle Grades in the areas of Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies. I am certified as a Teacher Support Specialist. I have an endorsement in Reading K-12, and I also completed my Gifted and Talented Endorsement.
