This set includes two story spinners that can be used in small groups, large groups, in a center, however you wish!
These spinners will help your students practice, in a fun way, the following reading comprehension skills:
making inferences, author's purpose, alternate endings, making predictions, character analysis, new story titles, cause and effect, making comparisons, problem and solution, fact/opinion, reality/fantasy, characters, setting, making connections, and summarizing.
These would work great with almost any fiction story. Easy to prep--just copy onto cardstock and/or laminate, cut out, then attach a paper clip with a paper fastener, and you've got your story spinner! My students love it when we get these out, a great alternative to reading comprehension worksheets!
