This is a great assignment to incorporate writing with Science. In this assignment, the students demonstrate their understanding of the Water Cycle by describing and illustrating the journey of a molecule of water as he/she goes through the different stages of the Water Cycle. The goal is for the students to demonstrate understanding of the different stages. The molecule of water is given a name that is used throughout the assignment. The scenarios for the different stages may be humorous. This assignment includes the guidelines along with a rubric.
